PROPUESTA DE DISEÑO ARQUITECTÓNICA DE VIVIENDA MULTIFAMILIAR SOSTENIBLE DE USO MIXTO EN EL CANTON SALINES.

Abstract

The growth of a city requires a deep study considering future projections that allow a continuous territorial organization without generating waste of spaces, taking into account the different criteria on maximum land use; an example of this, the mixed buildings, which allow to create different points of interest together and easy access to the user. The main criterion of this project is to develop the architectural design of sustainable multi-family mixed-use housing, following the criteria of sustainability and universal accessibility. The project was located in the canton of Salinas, province of Santa Elena due to the lack of mixed-use vertical infrastructure in non-central urban sectors. This research paper is conducted through a mixed research approach, through interviews and surveys to determine the criteria and strategies applicable to the project
