DISEÑO DE UN MUSEO INTERACTIVO CON UN ESPACIO PÚBLICO DE USO MIXTO EN LA PARROQUIA LA PUNTILLA DEL CANTÓN SAMBORONDÓN.

Abstract

The sector of la Puntilla is located in the province of Guayas it was a zone mainly for agriculture service, the specialitation in the cultivation of rice was the main sorce of work till 1968. The urban development start in the 1978, it was a proyect directed for people that wanted to buy house with an economic status range as medium. Guayaquil, threw out the years has increase in popularity in the urban site because of the growth of the metropolitans areas. The path Samborondon was one the first zones to have new properties at the end of te XX , because of that the interest hasnt stop. Despite its popularity and variaty of buildings it lack of a lot of atractive places that can contribute with the tourism and the financial growth, as a result the absence of museums and recreative areas has stoped the development of the city. We have planned this idea of proyect to increment the art and culture of the city informing the turist and immigrants about the the urban work of the Puntilla, with the demostration of how the zone pass from an agriuculture zone to an urban zone. The principal objetive is to design an interactive museum with public space with mixed use and with integral design. To determine the criteria and strageties it was used the metology of the interviews and polls to the people that live in Ecuador so the problems can be identify
