DISEÑO URBANO SOSTENIBLE DE UN PLAN DE VIVIENDAS INCTREMENTALES Y ASEQUIBLES, PARA LOS MORADORES DE LA PARROQUIA CHONGÓN DE LA CIUDAD DE GUAYAQUIL

Abstract

The current work is aimed at the residents of the Chongón parish, and its purpose is to contribute to the social and housing development of the city of Guayaquil, through a prototype of a progressive house, as an alter native so that the owner can make future modifications and expand their homes according to their needs and eco nomic possibilities. The design of the house prototype will be carried out through the minimum standards of habitat and comfort, where it will be treated that the VIA project (Incremental and Affordable Housing) The investigation will be carried out under the mixed research approach, in this way it will be applied the collection of information and data, both quantitative and qualitative, that can present a broad er and deeper perspective on the sustainable urban de sign of an incremental and affordable housing plan, for the residents of the Chongón Parish of the City of Guayaquil
