dc.description.abstractThe architectural project of the renovation of the Public Market of Sauces IX, seeks to highlight this urban landmark, establish a concept of public markets that fuses functional design, formal and aesthetic, contemplating the parameters of health and good living. The redesign approach is synonymous with archetypes rescued from ancient and representative markets of the city of Guayaquil with concepts of modern architecture. In addition, bioclimatic aspects and connections with the immediate environment are applied. It seeks to strengthen the highly commercial sector in which the building is located so that a new tourist spot in the city is constituted.es
