EVALUACIÓN DE LA SATISFACCIÓN E IMAGEN DEL BOSQUE HÚMEDO LA ESPERANZA COMO DESTINO ECOTURÍSTICO

Abstract

The natural environment is the main feature of ecotourism that over time has become one of the options most requested by tourists when deciding a destination for travel. In the country there are different ecotourism sites where you can enjoy nature and make different activities. The rain forest La Esperanza is located in the province of Guayas in the canton General Antonio Elizalde is one of the main places that offers this type of tourism. In the next research work satisfaction level and image of this ecotourism destination will be analyzed from the point of view of the tourist. In following research work is descriptive, conceptual and through surveys and interviews with key actors analyzes the level of satisfaction and image of this ecotourism destination will be analyzed from the point of view of tourists, resulting in a higher fairly good level of satisfaction and image perception in spite of this there are some weaknesses at the management level by the relevant actors who not develop an appropriate plan for the proper management of ecotourism in this sector.
