dc.descriptionAnte la necesidad imperante de crear políticas que favorezcan el desarrollo del deporte en Ecuador, y, que se encuentren alineados con los objetivos del Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir, debidamente amparados en la Constitución, entro en vigencia en agosto del 2010 la Ley del Deporte, la misma que fomenta, protege y regula el sistema deportivo técnica y administrativamente en Ecuador. En consecuencia, las organizaciones deportivas tuvieron que realizar cambios estructurales a fin de posibilitar la entrega de recursos económicos, para lo cual deben acogerse a un Modelo Presupuestario emitido por el Ministerio del Deporte, órgano rector de esta actividad.es
