dc.descriptionEl propósito de este artículo es realizar una revisión conceptual de la Justicia organizacional, sus antecedentes, características, teorías y escalas de medidas utilizadas, se determinan los impactos o consecuencias para la organización y sus miembros así como los factores positivos y según los estudios realizados basados en teorías de algunos investigadores se concluye que la Justicia organizacional es un factor determinante del bienestar laboral.es
dc.description.abstractThe motivation of the members of an organization is a very common theme today and is given by many factors, including organizational justice is. The objective of this paper is to study the theory of organizational justice, background, characteristics, theories and measurement scales used, highlighting those positive factors for organizations and their members. We conclude that organizational justice is an important determinant of labor welfare according to studies based on theories of some academic mentioned.es
