| Resumen : | The proposed study is concerning the increase in the contribution rate set by the (IESS) Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security as to the period 2013 a total rate of 9.35% was maintained and the increase that was exposed in the period 2014 increased one 9.45% Total rate payable by each member in the month. All this occurred related to Organic Disabilities Act where he also exhibited from 25 years of contribution may retire, likewise current contribution rates will be analyzed to see if a person earning $ 340.00 regard contributes to IESS and analyze the benefits provided by Social Security.The increase allows services such as: mortgage loans, compensation of disease and others. This percentage has benefits for retirement and health benefits provided by the IESS funded by contributions from each worker the employer and the state. In the city of Guayaquil total 6'246.257 members registered during the period 2014 represented 86%, reflecting as largest membership in the private sector. |
| Descripción : | El estudio planteado es referente al incremento de la tasa de contribución establecido por el (IESS) Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social ya que hasta el periodo 2013 se mantenía un tasa total de 9.35% y con el aumento que fue expuesta en el periodo 2014 aumento un 9.45% índice total a pagar por cada afiliado. Todo esto se dio referente a la Ley Orgánica de Discapacidades donde se expuso también que a partir de 25 años de aportación podrán jubilarse, así mismo se analizara las tasas actuales de contribución para comprobar si una persona que gana $340,00 cuanto aporta al IESS y analizar los beneficios que otorga la Seguridad Social.El incremento permite tener servicios como son: préstamos hipotecarios, remuneración de enfermedad y otros. Dicho porcentaje tiene beneficios a prestaciones de jubilación y salud que presta el IESS financiado con los aportes de cada trabajador del patrono y del Estado. En la ciudad de Guayaquil se registra un total de 6´246.257 afiliados durante el periodo 2014 representándose con un 86%, reflejándose como mayor índice de afiliación en el sector privado. |
