ANÁLISIS DEL ESTILO DE LIDERAZGO DE BLAKE Y MOUTON EN EMPRESAS COMERCIALES DE BALZAR

Abstract

Organizations are a group of people performing their work to achieve the objectives they have in common. The objective of this research is to analyze the leadership styles of Blake and Mouton in companies in the commercial sector of the canton Balzar. To meet this objective, a literature which brought together meaningful information about styles of leadership in companies Balzar ran. To confirm the results, a quantitative analysis using the technique of business surveys Balzar Trade sector, which were selected from the list of registered businesses in the municipality of the same canton was performed. One of the data released this research is that the leaders of the companies that were surveyed applied management team or style Engagement Every Rule, because they insist on creating a pleasant work environment for its employees where they are encouraged to perform work in teams, are considered their strategies and ideas, creativity and performance is assessed, in order to maintain a staff committed to their tasks and goals of the organization.
