Abstract

The present project is established as an analysis to determine the feasibility of implementing a center of accomodations - spa in the city of Guayaquil for dogs, which they need of a place where to happen the time while his owners realize other activities (trips, social meetings, vacations, and others), providing them with a healthy environment with activities that they contribute to the development and happiness of the pet. For this effect, a market research was realized to the economically active population of the city of Guayaquil, doing one I ask filter to establish if they possess some pet and if they would agree in contracting this type of services of accomodations - spa. Reason by which a financial analysis was designed to evaluate the profitability of the business.
